“I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up.” That’s the message a 52 year old woman sent to me in December. She was embarrassed. I told her she shouldn’t be embarrassed. In fact, I’ve had at least a half-dozen people send me a similar message since that time.

They are seeking purpose. They are seeking fulfillment. They shouldn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed.

But they shouldn’t settle, either.

Whether you’re 20 or 60 — you deserve to have purpose and passion in your life.
